How we work together is flexible too: facilitated workshops, on a project basis or fractionally up to a couple of days per week.

Brief back and Proposal

I’ll email you a rundown of our chat to ensure I’ve heard your needs and challenges correctly. Once confirmed, I’ll send a transparent proposal with immediate tactics you can implement without me, a breakdown of the scope, pricing, and the next steps.

If we get to this stage, we’ll work out the best meeting and update cadence, tools we’ll use for asynchronous engagement and start getting into the fun part - the work.
